This Free Workshop is for you if...

  • Every year you tell yourself that this is going to be the year where you everything done in advance but somehow you're always rushing down to the very, last minute.
  • Despite your best attempts to do less, the end of the year always ends up so FULL. Between school activities, parties, and other special events, there’s barely a moment to catch your breath, let alone enjoy it.
  • This time of year means taking care of everyone else at the expense of your own emotional and mental health. And when the holidays are over, you crash, desperately wishing for a vacation just so you can recover.
  • The season always goes by too quickly. Before you know it, it's January 1st and you find yourself wishing you could go back and be more present.
  • You’ve stopped looking forward to the holidays. Instead of magic, all you see is work and exhaustion. It's become a season that you just have to "get through”.

Join me and a community of working moms for this workshop where we'll be making decisions, creating a plan, and preparing for the joyful and relaxing season we all deserve.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Set your intentions for the holiday season. What's most important to you and what will you remember most when you look back on this time?
  • Create a seasonal plan that ensures you make time for the things that matter most while still taking care of everything else. Oh, and we'll be sure you include a little white space throughout.
  • Learn to set realistic expectations for the time that you have while also honoring your boundaries so you can protect your schedule and your energy.
  • Create your vision for a family culture where everyone's responsible for helping create the holiday experience, not just you.
  • Remember what it's like to have fun, relax, and enjoy this season with your family as you reflect on the last year and prepare for a new one.

There was a time when the holidays lost their magic for me...

With multiple kids and multiple sets of grandparents, someone was always bound to be disappointed - with our schedule, with the meal, with their present. No matter how hard I tried and how much I exhausted myself preparing, it never went the way I wanted it to.

I would start my list early vowing that this would be the year I would finish all my shopping before December, but then life would get busy and I would be overwhelmed with decision fatigue, scrambling to throw together something presentable and highly impersonal.

I would look forward to the new year more than anything else because to me it signaled the end of a frantic and exhausting season and it signified a fresh start. A fresh start where I would vow to take care of myself and do less. But why couldn't I apply that same wish to the previous two months?

The pandemic changed everything for me, in the best way. I was able to experience what a truly SLOW holiday season felt like. One where my immediate family of five was the top priority and my energy was always taken into consideration.

We started new traditions that were more about the experience and feeling of the season and less about the doing and receiving. We slowed down. We were lazy. And the holidays were so much more meaningful.

This year, I'm taking all of the lessons I've learned and the coaching exercises I teach and bringing you a workshop full of actionable tips and real-life examples that you can make your own as you head into the holiday season. Let's take what is often thought of as one of the most stressful seasons for moms and slow things way down. If you're ready to join me, be sure to attend live so I can answer all your questions and workshop my own plan right alongside you.
