3 Simple Steps for Working Moms to
Finally Feel on Top of Work & Life
Thursday, January 29th
12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST
No matter how much you do each day, there's always more you could have done - more work, more tidying, more tasks.
You live with this nagging feeling that you're behind. If you could just get some time to get organized and get caught up, you'd be able to relax and do more of the things you want to do.
But whether you have a newborn, toddler or teenager, large blocks of time like that are hard to find and so you find yourself waiting for a season of life where it'll just happen.
In this class, you'll learn three simple, repeatable steps that will help you get organized, focus, and finally get things done so you can feel more on top of things as working mom.
Everything you'll learn in this class was designed
by a working mom for working moms.
I don't believe in...
As a certified life and executive coach and Fair Play Facilitator, I help busy, working moms take control of their time so that they can feel less overwhelmed and more relaxed, be more present with their kids, and get back to doing more of the things that they LOVE.
I'm the host of The Life Coach for Working Moms Podcast and have been featured in publications like Motherly, Parent.com, and PsychCentral.
Having been a career-driven professional for the better part of a decade before becoming a mom, I struggled with finding my identity and juggling it all when I returned to work after my first maternity leave. But I stayed in my corporate career through two additional maternity leaves, determined to create the balance that I knew I deserved. Today, I'm a full-time coach with 3 young kids in a dual-career household. I help my clients decide how they want to be spending their time, prioritize the most important things and let go of the rest, and then build a plan to own their time and enjoy their days.
My favorite saying is:
"You are the only one who can give your kids a happy mom who loves life!"
