  • You're feeling anxious and worried about the changes and transitions happening this fall from school and schedules to seasons and time.
  • Just looking at the calendar for this fall has you in tears. You can already feel the exhaustion from running everyone around and doing it all.
  • You love everything about this season and desperately want to slow down and relish it, but with the schedule your family keeps, you have no idea how to do it.
  • You're worried about burning out before you even get to the holidays and end of the year - a time where you need all the energy!
  • You want to do less but don't know what things to let go of, let alone how to actually say NO.

Join me for this free workshop where you'll map out a realistic plan that allows you to get everyone where they need to be while still preserving space for soaking in the season.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Take a look at your calendar and commitments to make sure it all fits. And if it doesn't, you'll decide what to keep and what to let go of.
  • Learn how to move through change and transitions in a way that feels grounded and empowered so you can lead your family, and yourself, through it.
  • Create a list of your favorite fall activities and decide what's most important and what you actually have time for (and then schedule it!).
  • Think about delegating and deleting the things that drain your energy so you can hold firm to how you want this season to feel.
  • Leave feeling excited about the changing season and all that it brings - you've got this! It's going to be beautiful.

With three kids, school transitions, and all the activities, fall has the potential to be completely overwhelming...

But it also happens to be my absolute favorite season of the year and I don't want to sacrifice the beauty of it for the busyness of it. So, last year, I decided to take the process that I use to plan and prepare for the holiday season and apply it to the fall.

I may not be buying presents and making New Year's resolutions, but I'm still trying to fit a large number of events, activities, and opportunities into a reasonably short season. And like with all areas of life, if I'm not in the driver's seat, I don't get to create the life I want.

I still pack a lot into the season - back-to-school events, soccer mom at all the games and practices, football watching, pumpkin carving, apple picking, fires in the backyard, and of course, homemade family Halloween costumes. But I choose all of these things and I've let go of so much more.

I prioritize rest and time at home with delicious food and a pumpkin spice candle burning. I say yes to the invites that feel like fun and no to the ones that will just fill our calendar. And for each activity, I try my best to be truly present.

The most important things always get done. Because I planned it that way.

This year, I'm bringing my process to you in this workshop full of actionable tips and real-life examples that you can make your own as you head into this season of change. Let's make it one to remember.
