Definitely take advantage of this great coaching and community experience"

You'll get individualized coaching each week during our live (via zoom) group sessions. Each of the 12 calls will include teaching, coaching, and Q&A so you know exactly what to do next to make progress.
The 50+ page workbook is chock full of how-to exercises, lists, screenshots and templates so you don't have to start from scratch and figure it out on your own. I will show you how.
In-between weekly coaching sessions you can use our Slack community to get your questions answered, receive accountability, and ask for support so you're never stuck waiting on next week's call.
You don't have to take copious notes or get through absolutely everything in 12 weeks. You get lifetime access to the program so you can come back to the workbook and recordings long after the program has ended.
We're starting the week of September 8th, but enrollment closes August 12th. Go ahead and submit your application!
I've not coached a working who wasn't busy. All my clients are like you - working hard in their careers, taking care of kids, managing homes, life admin, and other responsibilities. At some point you have to decide that there will never be a time when you're not busy. So if you want to make time for the things that are important to you, there's no point in waiting.
I know the realities of how much time you have because I'm right there with you - a full-time working mom of 3 young kids. If you can come to our weekly coaching session (1 hour) most weeks and find an additional 15-20 minutes in the week to complete your homework, you will get MORE than what you came for. And if you're not sure how to fit that time on your calendar, I can help with that!
We are deciding on our weekly group call time right now as women join but they will most likely take place at 12pm or 12:30pm EST (to accommodate a variety of time zones) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. All sessions are recorded so if you have to miss because you have a sick kid at home or a work meeting got scheduled on top of our call time, you can always catch up. And you can get coaching anytime in our community Slack channel. The call is just one way to get support.
Our weekly coaching calls are an open call, which means that there is no set agenda. As you join the call, if you know you want coaching, simply "raise your hand" and we'll go around getting to as many questions as possible. You can share what came up for you while completing this week's homework, what you're working on in terms of your program goal, or ask for support on anything that's coming up for you in your working mom life. Here are a few examples of some questions that have been asked recently:
In a group call like this, you also get to hear what everyone else is working on or struggling with and it can be extremely validating. No matter what you do for work, how old your kids are, or where you live, there is so much that we have in common.
While getting coached live can be incredibly supportive to your progress, it's not a requirement and some clients simply attend, listen, and learn from the group and still see amazing results.
This program is designed to be a small, intimate group so that everyone gets individualized support with a community feel where you truly get to know the other women in the program with you. You can expect a group of no more than 10 working moms. It really just depends on how many women join this cohort. I've had groups as small as 3 and as large as 10 and they are all amazing.
If you are a working mom who never feels like you have enough time, then this program is for you. You're looking to get organized so you can better plan, better prioritize, and make better use of your time. You're open and ready to make some changes and aren't afraid to experiment with different ways of doing things. You operate well when you have accountability and ideas to help you make changes and the idea of learning from a coach and from other working moms as part of a community is appealing.
If you want my opinion on whether you'd be a fit, submit your application. You'll then have the option to schedule a consult call so we can talk in more detail about your goals, this program, and whether you would be successful.
A certified life and executive coach for busy working moms and a Fair Play Method Facilitator. I'm also a full-time working mom of 3, a wife, an avid reader, gardener, planner and list-maker, and I'm slowly increasing the amount of weight I can lift in the gym!
I returned to a demanding corporate job after taking maternity leave with each of my 3 kids. I traveled, pumped on the job, and worked after they went to bed just to "catch up". I get what it's like to juggle the many roles and responsibilities that we have as working parents and if it weren't for coaching, I would have left the workforce completely burned out.
I have the privilege today of helping women create a better schedule, better boundaries, and better balance so that they can actually enjoy the life they're working so hard to create - for themselves and for their families.
Beyond Balance is the culmination of the best strategies, tools, and coaching that I have gathered from my own life and from coaching hundreds of working moms.
